Samuel Boadu, the coach of Hearts of Oak, has expressed his dissatisfaction with the way his team finished the 2021/22 Ghana Premier League season. On Sunday, the Phobians were defeated 4-1 by relegation-threatened Real Tamale United at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Hearts had lost three of their previous four games, tying with Karela United and losing to Great Olympics, Eleven Wonders, and King Faisal. In the aforementioned games, they have given up 11 goals, putting them in sixth place with 48 points. “I don’t know what to say; it’s very, really horrible.”
“I believe we made a lot of mistakes in this game, and we still have a lot of work to do,” Boadu remarked after the loss.
Hearts of Oak have a chance to save their season when they face Bechem United in the FA Cup final on June 26, 2022, at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi.
