The Ghana Football Association put a hold on the betPawa Premier League.
This follows a Motion on Notice for Injunction filed by Ashanti Gold SC and served on the lawyers of GFA yesterday afternoon.
This decision has been communicated to all who play a role as far as the betPawa Premier league is concerned. The association has also asked for calm during this period.
GFA is doing everything it can for the resumption of the league to be as brisk as possible since there is already fixture congestion in this world cup year and also the calendar shouldn’t be jeopardized.
The upcoming game week would have been the 4th but with the hold being placed on the premier League, it is not known when it is going to played.
