MTN, the mobile telecommunications network, extends its sincere apologies to customers for the intermittent issues faced on the evening of Wednesday, September 13. Many customers encountered difficulties accessing voice and Mobile Money (MoMo) services.
These problems stem from a technical challenge, as stated in a public service announcement released Wednesday night. MTN’s dedicated engineers are diligently working to resolve the issue, and updates will follow.
As Ghana’s predominant market leader, MTN acknowledges the inconveniences caused and deeply apologizes for them. According to regulations, compensation for these challenges will be provided to affected customers.
