Rainstorm crushes Walewale SHS building

Academic exercises at the Walewale Specialized Senior High School within the West Mamprusi District of the North East Locale have been suspended taking after an overwhelming rainstorm.

The storm crushed a few school properties Tuesday morning. Classroom squares, dining corridors,s, and a dormitory block have been completely torn off, causing the school to suspend scholarly work. The headmaster of the school, Sebeyam Ben Ibrahim portrayed the fiasco as an overwhelming blow to scholastic exercises.

“We are making an appeal to our stakeholders. I have made contacts to municipal director of education, regional director of Education, and the MCE to at least come to our aid,” he said.
