IDENTIFYING YOUR BRAND, THE FIRST STEP TO SUCCESS – AKOSUA NAANA LEXIS

Most youth within this dispensation crave success, however, success does not come by itself, Whereas a consistent and deliberate attempt to ensure success is driven.

Meet Akosua Naana Lexis Obenewaa Opoku- Agyemang also known as “The conversationalistNL”, who is also a life coach and public speaker among others, believes there is more to developing yourself as a brand.

Speaking at the press launch of my brand journal and brand development and masterclass conference earlier today at the Legon Botanical Gardens, she aimed at shaping individuals in identifying their brands.
Akosua believes there’s more to the journey of success as she shares her idea.

In a brief interview, she disclosed the reason for putting up such an initiative.

” I feel there’s a need for the youth to know who they are, how to communicate that out, and at the end of the day ensuring they stay consistent in sustaining that brand”.

Akosua who is also an entrepreneur and CEO for Conversationalist Listening Ear Consult (CLE CONSULT), Chefscrew Food Processing Company Limited, and curator of Project U Conference, highlighted the need to identify your brand and in Soo doing, that’s the first step to success.

“People don’t even know what they are, if you don’t know your branding you cannot communicate anything to the public. So essentially they need to identify or discover who they are”.

She further called on the government to pay critical attention to this session of brand identification as it’s very vital to the growth journey of the youth.

“It will be ideal if the government considers that, I think teaching this at the basic level where everybody can tell who they are, can help in informing their decision on what to go into their career, a profession or a job “- she added.

Akosua Naana hopes to extend this to other regions across the country as she hopes to help more youth discover their purpose.
